Through the use of guided Yoga Nidra and crystal singing bowls, Ann creates a harmonious environment perfect for shifting energy, clearing blockages, and restoring mind, body, and spirit to a balanced state. Don't miss this opportunity to transition out of the busy conscious mind into the energetic body in a supportive and soothing space.
